Conditions of sale

These conditions apply to all sales concluded through theSite Web www.bsf.ca.

 

Availability of items

All orders are prepared in our warehouse. Items we have in stock normally ship within 48 hours, and items not in stock normally ship within 7-10 days. If an item is not available, the customer is notified by email and the item is removed from the order.

 

Price

All prices indicated on theSite Web www.bsf.ca are in Canadian dollars. Delivery charges and applicable taxes are extra. The price to pay for each product is that displayed on the Site Web at the time of purchase. Boutiques San Francisco reserves the right to modify at any time and without notice the price of items advertised on the Site Web.

 

Taxes

Sales taxes are calculated based on the province where the order will be shipped. For Quebec, for example, the added taxes will be the QST (Quebec sales tax) and the GST (federal goods and services tax).

 

Payment

Orders placed on www.bsf.ca must be paid by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express), Visa Debit card or San Francisco gift card. No other payment method is accepted.

 

Delivery and delivery costs

Boutiques San Francisco offers delivery of items purchased on www.bsf.ca across Canada. Prices per order are $7.95 for regular service and $10 for express service. These prices are fixed and established regardless of the address, the province or the number of items included in the order. Please note that we cannot deliver to PO Boxes or overseas.

 

Free delivery

From $75 purchase (before taxes) for the same order, Boutiques San Francisco automatically pays shipping costs for regular service delivery. If you want express delivery, you will bear the costs ($10).

 

Delivery delay

A period of two working days must be allowed for processing orders for items in stock at our warehouse, to which must be added:

  • 2 to 3 business days for expedited delivery;
  • 3 to 7 working days for regular service delivery.

 

Boutiques San Francisco cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for a delivery delay attributable to the carrier (Canada Post).

 

Canceling an online order

You can cancel an order until we have sent you a shipping confirmation for it. You can check whether or not we have sent the confirmation by calling 514 399-0900 or to 1 855 214-5542 (free of charge). If you have already received shipping confirmation, you can return the ordered items to us as soon as you receive them by following the normal procedure described above.

 

Free in-store delivery

Instead of having your order delivered, you can pick it up at the San Francisco store of your choice. This option is free, regardless of the order amount. You will be notified by telephone as soon as your purchases arrive in store. To collect them, you will need to show identification.

 

Return of merchandise purchased online

If an item purchased on our Site Web does not suit you, you can return it to us free of charge within 30 days of the date of shipment. Items purchased on final sale cannot be returned.

  • By mail : follow the 4-step procedure, print the shipping slip, affix it to the package and mail it. Upon receipt of the package at our offices, we will reimburse you according to the payment method used at the time of purchase. You won't have to pay anything at the post office, but a flat rate of $7.95 will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping costs. If you are a Privilege member, no deduction will be made, because you benefit from free postal returns.
  • In a San Francisco store: upon presentation of your invoice, we will reimburse you according to the payment method used when you placed your order.

 

Items must be returned to us in new condition and bear the original label. Items that have been washed, worn, stained or damaged will not be refunded or exchanged. For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimsuits and pierced ear loops are neither refundable nor exchangeable.

Special Events:  no exchanges, price adjustments or refunds during our VIP events, exclusive events, special promotions, Black Friday and Boxing Day.

 

Specific conditions for final sales

Final sales items cannot be exchanged or refunded. These items cannot therefore be returned, either by post or in store.

All items sold at 70% off and more are final sales. For hygienic reasons, underwear, swimwear and pierced earrings are neither refundable nor exchangeable and are therefore also considered final sales.

 

Return of merchandise purchased in store

Items purchased in store can only be exchanged or refunded in store and within 30 days of the date of purchase. We will refund you according to the payment method used during the purchase. Items purchased on final sale cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

Price Adjustment Policy

Upon request and upon presentation of the invoice, we can offer a price adjustment on items sold at regular price within 14 days of purchase. Price adjustments are not granted on merchandise purchased on sale (promotions, discounts and coupon codes). No price adjustment is possible during the following events: Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing day, our special events and VIP sales.

 

Access Card

The Access card allows you to benefit from a 10% reduction in store and online. The map Access costs $20 plus tax. Valid for 12 months from the date of activation, the card is non-refundable.

Any lost or stolen cards can be replaced for a $2 fee. The number on the card is personal and can only be used by the card holder.

A card purchased in store is also valid online and vice versa. To benefit from the card Access online, you must have an account and register your card number there. Discounts and benefits will then apply automatically for 12 months.

 

Gift cards

San Francisco Boutiques gift card sales are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged. Gift cards can be used at any time to pay for online and in-store purchases, but cannot be exchanged for cash (non-redeemable). They have no expiration date. Damaged or altered cards will not be accepted. If lost, stolen or used without authorization, we will not replace the gift card.

If an item paid for with a gift card is returned, a new gift card will be issued in the amount of the refund.

Redeeming a gift card will be considered proof of acceptance of these terms and conditions.

 

Terms of employment

By accessing our Site Web, you acknowledge and accept the related terms of use. It is important that you read these terms and conditions and download or print them for your records. If you access this Site Web without reading the terms of use, you still agree to be bound by them.

 

Use of this Website

You can browse this Site Web for personal information, personal entertainment and personal purchase of items, but you are not authorized in any way to distribute, modify, communicate, transmit, revise or otherwise use the material presented on this Site Web. The Boutiques San Francisco mobile messaging service (the “Service”) is operated by Boutiques San Francisco (“Boutiques San Francisco”, “we”, “us”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or discontinue the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service after the effective date of such modifications constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

By providing consent to Boutiques San Francisco's SMS/Text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Boutiques San Francisco through your wireless service provider , from the mobile number you provide, even if your mobile number is listed on a state or federal do-not-call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, special offers and other marketing offers (e.g., shopping cart reminders).

You understand that you are not required to enroll in this program to make purchases, and your consent is not a condition precedent to a purchase from Boutiques San Francisco. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge a fee for the Service, but you are responsible for any SMS/texting fees imposed by your wireless service provider. Message frequency varies. message and data fee may apply. Please check your mobile plan and contact your wireless service provider for details. You are solely responsible for all SMS/texting charges, including charges from your wireless service provider.

You can unsubscribe from the Service at any time. Send the keyword STOP to +1 (866) 781-9974 or click the unsubscribe link (if available) in any text message to cancel. You will receive a one-time unsubscribe confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device unless you request them. If you have enrolled in other Boutiques San Francisco mobile messaging programs and wish to cancel, unless otherwise required by applicable law, you will need to unsubscribe from those programs separately by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

The mobile carriers supported by the Service are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to re-register for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be responsible for the non-delivery, delay or misdirection of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information and/or any action you may or may not take based on the information or the Service.
